You'll Never Understand Until...

Being a teenager, or being in a Secondary School can be difficult. You feel sometimes as if every teacher is finding fault with you, or your friends are useless. The truth is I've been where most of you all are. Being a teenager will be a difficult part of your life, as you are almost turning into an adult, and you are supposed to fit in with the rest of society. As teachers, our responsibility is not only to ensure you are good now, but you are good for the rest of your life.

Defying your teachers, being rude to them, is a sign of disrespect. I know some of you all, do it because it's funny. Some of you all, go around calling teachers names, including me. My tolerance level is high, very high, but as I am your teacher, I cannot accept such behaviour. You need to respect authority. When you go out to work one day, if your boss finds out about such behaviour, nobody in this world of the right mind, will take you as a worker. Learn to be obedient to your parents and teachers. We will never ask you to do something which harms you, rather we want you to be your best.

Rules are made NOT to be broken. Rules are made to test how GREAT you can follow them, and see for yourself the improvements you can make in your life. School rules are nothing, when compared to the LAW. When you are in school, breaking the school rules, only give you maximum caning, or worse, expulsion. But when you are outside, you can be imprisoned, or even hanged.

Use these four years of your life, to learn to obey authority. At the same time, use your thinking skills, as not all authority is TRUE authority. Parents and teachers are there for you, because they want the best in you, not the worst.

I never hate any of my pupils. To know if I dislike you, just watch and see whether I ignore you totally.
